Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cronus Zen. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally (if applicable).


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Selected GCC countries (if enabled at checkout)

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Within major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 1–3 business days
  • Other regions in KSA: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees may apply depending on courier policy

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email or SMS (if provided at checkout)

You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restricted future purchases

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics provider issues
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit, or
  • Arrives damaged
